Artistic practice
Sasza Baszynski’s work is centred on painting. His paintings can be read as spaces of tension, where painterly form meets memory, anxiety, loss and transformation. The artist constructs his compositions through colour, gesture, sign and atmosphere, avoiding direct or closed narrative.
Baszynski’s works often create a sense of suspension. A painting does not simply tell a finished story; it opens a field of observation. Painting becomes a place where personal experience, visual intuition and reflection on reality form a multilayered artistic statement.
